Regional Product Manager – Transfer Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Regional Product Manager to join its Transfer Solutions team in the Asia‑Pacific region. The role will be based in Hong Kong or Singapore and will focus on driving growth, commercialization and optimization of money‑movement products across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of Transfer Solutions product strategy and market priorities.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritising features based on customer, market and business needs.
• Evaluate new use cases, industry trends and customer opportunities to identify growth avenues.
• Develop business cases for product enhancements and market expansion.
• Partner with market teams to expand adoption of cross‑border services and broader Mastercard Move capabilities.
• Assist with go‑to‑market planning, launch readiness and market activation.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for Transfer Solutions cross‑border products, engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within payments, fintech or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of cross‑border money movement, remittances and related use cases.
• Ability to work collaboratively with local and global stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and build business cases.
