Regional Portfolio Expert

About the role

The Regional Portfolio Expert will shape Bosch's product portfolio for specific trades and volume segments across the region. You will combine market insight, user experience methods and strategic forecasting to drive business success for Bosch’s diverse business sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather deep knowledge of regional product requirements for targeted trades and volume segments.
• Define portfolio needs and translate insights into concrete product demand.
• Support efficient implementation of regional product management projects.
• Identify user, dealer, sales and competitor insights and ensure methodological excellence in market research.
• Provide reliable volume forecasts for new products to the business unit.
• Contribute regional insights to the global product management team throughout the development process.
• Assist the global team during the go‑to‑market phase and monitor market share and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of target groups and their product portfolios.
• Methodological expertise in extracting user insights, with practical experience in UX and design thinking.
• Marketing and sales knowledge, ideally in global product marketing.
• Experience working in intercultural and regional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, decisive communication style, result orientation and high analytical capability.
