About the role
Wayzim Technology is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead its talent acquisition efforts across the Southeast Asia region. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent in line with its growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment activities for the Southeast Asia market, coordinating with local teams.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to fill open positions efficiently.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on the Southeast Asia region.
- Experience in the automation industry is preferred.
