Recovery Officer – Collections

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recovery Officer to join our collections team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this role you will engage directly with customers to recover outstanding payments, resolve account issues and help maintain the company’s cash flow.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email or chat to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications.
- Escalate delinquent accounts according to internal procedures.
Required profile
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Experience in a call‑centre or collections environment is preferred.
