R&D Executive (Mandarin speaker)

About the role
The R&D Executive will support the company’s research and development initiatives by coordinating feasibility studies, managing PPAP documentation, overseeing sample production and conducting R&D trials. Fluency in Mandarin is required to liaise with regional partners and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies to assess new product concepts.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation.
- Coordinate sample production activities and ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, execute and monitor R&D trials to validate product performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, quality and procurement.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an HR or technical coordinator in an engineering environment.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
