Quantity Surveyor & Supervisor (Construction Projects)

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor cum Supervisor to lead construction projects, combining expertise in cost estimation and on‑site supervision. You will work within a dynamic team, contributing to project delivery and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Report progress, variations and financial performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven experience in both cost control and site supervision.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English.
