Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive to join our construction team in Petaling Jaya. The role involves managing costs and contracts across a variety of building projects, ensuring accuracy and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts for projects.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and measurement for tender and contract documents.
• Administer contracts, monitor variations and manage payments to subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to resolve cost‑related issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in contract administration within the construction industry.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
