Quantity Surveyor (Contract) – Cyberjaya

About the role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team on a contract basis in Cyberjaya. The role focuses on monitoring ongoing construction and maintenance projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Track project progress against schedules and budgets.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities and variation orders.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve cost‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Experience in monitoring construction or maintenance works.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work on‑site.
