About the role
We are looking for a QMS Senior Associate to join HSP POWER SYSTEMS SDN. BHD. in Butterworth, Penang. The role focuses on auditing and maintaining quality management systems across manufacturing, retail, logistics and FMCG environments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and report internal and external audits in line with ISO standards.
- Maintain and improve QMS documentation and procedures.
- Identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
- Travel to client locations as required, using personal transport.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics or FMCG.
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Own reliable transport and willingness to travel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
