QC Supervisor / Inspector – LPG Filling Operations

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor / Inspector will lead the quality assurance function for LPG filling operations at our plant in Klang. You will have full authority to stop production when safety or quality issues arise, ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce top safety standards and exercise authority to halt production if defects are detected.
• Lead plant‑wide quality initiatives, coach operators and shift teams, and drive a zero‑defect culture.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality management practices across the LPG filling process.
• Monitor daily dispatches, identify non‑conformities, and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate QC records and reporting for internal and regulatory audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or process‑industry quality control role.
• Strong understanding of LPG handling safety requirements.
• Ability to make decisive decisions under pressure and communicate effectively with operational staff.
