QC Inspector / QC Executive – Quality Assurance

About the role

Sanden Air Conditioning is looking for dedicated QC Inspectors and QC Executives to uphold the quality of our manufacturing processes and finished products. You will work on‑site in Shah Alam, ensuring that every item meets the company’s strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in‑process items, and final products.
• Document inspection results and report any non‑conformities to the production team.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently on the shop floor.
• Good communication skills for reporting findings.
• Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
