About the role
The QAQC Assistant supports food safety, quality and halal compliance at the Central Kitchen of PEAK KITCHEN. You will work in a fast‑moving environment with strong expansion plans and have opportunities for career advancement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining food safety standards.
- Support quality control procedures to ensure product consistency.
- Help ensure halal compliance throughout kitchen operations.
- Document findings and assist in internal audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to address non‑conformities.
