About the role

Dragon‑I Restaurant is seeking a proactive QA Executive to lead its quality assurance program. You will be responsible for safeguarding food safety, maintaining product quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all branches, operations, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and monitor QA procedures and standards for food safety and product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits of branches, production lines and supplier processes.
  • Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for compliance with local food regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to embed quality standards.

Required profile

  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
