QA Engineer – Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. The successful candidate will play a key role in upholding product quality, maintaining robust quality systems, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and audit quality management systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Conduct regular internal and supplier audits, identify non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous‑process‑enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with proven experience in quality systems and audit processes.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
