Purchasing & Store Assistant

About the role

The Purchasing & Store Assistant will support YUN LOONG M&E SDN BHD by managing purchasing activities, sourcing materials, and maintaining warehouse inventory. This role ensures a smooth flow of supplies to keep production schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day purchasing and sourcing of raw materials and consumables.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Work closely with logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger re‑order processes as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on meeting deadlines.
