Purchasing Executive – Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchasing Executive to lead the sourcing, negotiation and procurement of materials, goods and services for our manufacturing and logistics operations. The role ensures cost‑effectiveness, high quality and timely delivery while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet material and service requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms and conditions to achieve best value.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order progress to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Assess product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with production schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating and procuring materials, goods or services.
• Strong focus on cost optimisation, quality assurance and delivery timelines.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
