About the role
Join the Purchase to Pay (P2P) team in Kuala Lumpur as an intern and support the manager in delivering automation, process improvements, and day‑to‑day operational tasks. This 4‑6 month internship offers hands‑on experience in finance and procurement operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support request fulfilment activities, including planning and administration.
- Assist in delivering automation initiatives to simplify work processes.
- Participate in improvement discussions, helping to define plans and timelines.
- Contribute to tactical projects aligned with team objectives.
- Manage administrative coordination of P2P initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned activities.
- Provide ad‑hoc operational support to the unit as needed.
Required profile
- Available for a minimum 4‑6 month internship.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Demonstrates maturity, independence, and strong teamwork.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
