About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our residential sales team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. You will play a key part in connecting buyers with homes in Malaysia’s vibrant property market while benefiting from a supportive environment that encourages growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive residential property sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property viewings, present market insights and negotiate offers.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation in compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to share market trends and improve sales strategies.

• Passion for residential real‑estate sales in Kuala Lumpur.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a focus on delivering results.
