Project Manager

About the role

Join Bosch Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) in Penang as a Project Manager and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting‑edge automotive software and hardware products. You will work on V2X connectivity, infotainment, and cockpit solutions that shape the future of vehicle digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams through Bosch’s Product Development Process (PEP) to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Accountable for project targets in time, cost, scope and quality, adhering to Bosch’s quality standards and contract requirements.
• Manage RFQ activities, target costing, and continuous monitoring/reporting of project status to management.
• Identify, implement, and control project changes, develop recovery plans for unforeseen events, and negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and evaluate team members, contribute to competency development, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in automotive or embedded systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects and deliver results in a global engineering environment.
