Project Manager – Food & Beverage Construction

About the role

The Project Manager – Food & Beverage Construction will lead the planning and execution of new and refurbished F&B outlets across Malaysia. Reporting to senior management, the incumbent ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of construction projects for food and beverage outlets, from concept to hand‑over.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve any delays.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures, and approve change orders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects for food‑service or restaurant environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, permits, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site across multiple locations in Malaysia.
