Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Blue Water International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Johor Bahru. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate construction activities from inception to handover.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and approve cost variations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, engineers and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and client specifications.
• Track progress, prepare status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects of similar scale.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Johor Bahru on a full‑time basis.

• Project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Budgeting and cost control.
