Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Creative Precast Technics is seeking a Project Manager to lead its Industrialized Building System (IBS) projects in Puchong, Selangor. The role offers hands‑on training across design, production, installation and in‑situ work, allowing you to work directly with IBS experts and contribute to landmark projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle of IBS constructions, from design through to on‑site installation.
• Coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with industry experts to apply the latest construction technologies and methods.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and quality standards to achieve successful delivery.

Required profile

• Full‑time, on‑site availability in Puchong.
• Relevant experience in construction project management, preferably with IBS or similar prefabricated systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project phases.
