Project Engineer – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the role

Convergint is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and execute engineering projects in its Kuala Lumpur hub. The role focuses on delivering security technology solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and monitor detailed project plans from initiation to completion.
• Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables meet Convergint’s quality criteria.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors and clients to align technical requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports and risk registers.
• Conduct on‑site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in managing engineering or construction projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
