Programming Coordinator

About the role

The Programming Coordinator will set up and operate programming, marking and tape & reel equipment in a fast‑paced, rotating shift environment. You will process customer orders across multiple programming platforms while adhering to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate programming, laser marking, ink dot and tape & reel equipment following ETQ/QOIs and Standard Work Instructions.
• Process customer orders on one or more programming stations, including Auto, Tape & Reel, Manual Programme, Order Prep/Labeling, Visual, SGRI & Gateship.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior or Team Lead.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the electronics or high‑technology industry is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM educational qualification.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Required skills

• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
• DMS (Document Management System) experience.
