Production Executive – Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Production Executive to join CK Ingredient’s food manufacturing team in Puchong. The role focuses on overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement in a GMP and HACCP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production lines to meet output targets while maintaining product quality.
• Implement and monitor GMP and HACCP procedures across all manufacturing processes.
• Conduct routine quality checks and manage QC documentation.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance and supply‑chain teams to optimise workflow and minimise downtime.
• Identify and resolve production issues, driving corrective actions and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience working in a GMP/HACCP‑regulated food manufacturing environment.
• Proven background in quality control, HACCP implementation and quality management.
