About the role

ATC is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Simpang Ampat, Penang. The role focuses on improving and optimizing production processes to boost efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

Analyse current production workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement process enhancements that increase throughput while maintaining product quality.
Monitor key performance indicators and report on process performance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication skills in English.
