About the role

The Engineer will ensure smooth production operations, drive process optimisation and uphold quality standards within Samsung SDI’s battery manufacturing facility in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily production activities to maintain efficiency and output targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase yield.
Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot any deviations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

Relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
