About the role

The Production Clerk will support daily manufacturing operations at Dahua Precision Manufacturing. Working on‑site in Perai, the role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination between production and other departments. The clerk will act as a liaison, ensuring that production schedules are adhered to and that any issues are promptly communicated.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the production team with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate workflow.
  • Maintain production records, logs and documentation.
  • Support scheduling, material handling and basic inventory tracking as required.
  • Handle overtime and meal allowance processing for the team.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the production area and assist with basic data entry.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and cooperate with multiple departments.
  • Attention to detail and basic administrative aptitude.
