About the role
The Product Trainer & Service Engineer will be based in Puchong, Selangor, and will focus on developing and delivering training programmes for Haier’s LCAC and VRF product lines. The role supports product strategy implementation and helps maintain consistent marketing messages across all channels. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within the Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering function.
Key responsibilities
- Design training programmes that align with the company’s product strategies.
- Deliver training sessions to internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure training content supports consistent brand communication.
- Provide on‑site support as required to reinforce training outcomes.
