About the role

The Product Engineer (Electronic & Electrical) will oversee daily production operations at Phabritek’s manufacturing facility in Batu Kawan. The role focuses on monitoring production flow, managing resources, and ensuring that efficiency and output targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

Monitor day‑to‑day production activities across electronic and electrical product lines.
Manage workflow, equipment usage, and personnel to maintain optimal efficiency.
Track production metrics and intervene when performance deviates from targets.
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to resolve issues that affect output.

Required profile

Background in electronic or electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to analyse production data and implement corrective actions.
