Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at Respond.io, you will own the design of web and mobile features, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX Writers, and Engineers. You will use AI‑assisted tools to build working prototypes and help evolve our Design Language System.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage design from discovery through launch for assigned features on web and mobile.
• Shape product requirements with cross‑functional teams, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Build and test interactive prototypes using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or Figma Make.
• Maintain and improve the Design Language System using atomic design, reusable components, variables, and design tokens.
• Analyze product analytics (Pendo, PostHog) to identify drop‑offs and measure the impact of design changes.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to own design work independently and deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Strong communication skills to explain design decisions, trade‑offs, and to collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to manage work in a fast‑paced environment and raise blockers early.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, and design tokens.
• Experience using AI tools for design prototyping (Claude, Codex, Figma Make).
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo and PostHog.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility for web and mobile.
