Procurement Planner / Senior Procurement Planner

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Procurement Planner (or Senior Procurement Planner) to manage the end‑to‑end procurement of assigned materials. You will act as the main interface with the customer order planning team and project stakeholders, ensuring material availability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for assigned materials, acting as the primary liaison with customer order planning and project teams.
• Support material simulation, monitor MRP reports, and provide daily updates on delivery issues.
• Attend task‑force calls, Daily Leadership Routine (DLR) meetings, and trigger escalations according to RASIC guidelines.
• Ensure timely material arrival, coordinate with internal parties to avoid production line stoppages, and track supplier delivery performance.
• Manage complex suppliers, support reporting, and drive lean and continuous‑process improvement projects.
• Review planning parameters, manage inventory to meet coverage and turnover targets, and handle special freight or line‑down claims.
• Participate in engineering change requests, raw‑material ABC classification, and Bosch Production System (BPS) activities.
• Collaborate across LOG and other departments to achieve departmental KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) knowledge.
• Inventory management and supplier performance tracking.
