About the role
The Process Engineer (Stacking) will be responsible for developing, optimizing and sustaining wafer‑level stacking processes within a wafer fabrication environment. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic start‑up setting while contributing to advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop wafer‑level stacking processes for semiconductor wafers.
- Optimize existing stacking methodologies to improve yield and throughput.
- Sustain process stability and reliability throughout production cycles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate stacking solutions into overall fab operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in developing, optimizing and sustaining wafer‑level stacking processes within wafer fabrication.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments.
