About the role
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team at CPI (KL) Sdn Bhd in Bukit Rambai, Melaka. The successful candidate will play a key part in keeping daily production running smoothly and will be responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for material handling.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily production by monitoring processes and performance.
- Establish, document and maintain SOPs for material handlers to guarantee consistency and safety.
- Conduct process troubleshooting to identify root causes of any production issues.
Required profile
- Experience or knowledge in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to create and maintain clear standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis.
