About the role
Arkema is seeking a Process Engineer on a 12‑month contract to support process safety within its Johor Bahru facility. You will work on‑site, collaborating with a diverse, international team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews for existing and new processes.
- Identify and implement process modifications to enhance safety and compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to process safety.
- Support compliance activities and documentation.
Required profile
- Relevant engineering background, preferably chemical or process engineering.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, on‑site environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
