About the role
The Presales Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that T3 International Malaysia’s product solutions are thoroughly tested, validated, and effectively demonstrated to prospective customers. Working full‑time on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, the role bridges technical expertise with sales initiatives within the ICT sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support product testing by executing test cases, recording results, and reporting any issues to the development team.
- Conduct solution validation activities to confirm that proposed solutions meet defined technical and functional requirements.
- Perform technical demonstrations, showcasing product capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders, and answering technical queries.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in presales engineering or a similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of product testing methodologies and solution validation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver clear technical demonstrations.
