Portfolio Management Manager – Payments & Unsecured Lending

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead Portfolio Management for Payments, Partnerships and Unsecured Lending. The role will design and execute strategies that grow portfolio sales, manage channels and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cost‑efficient strategies using analytics and financial data to drive portfolio sales, channel performance and customer management activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Design and deliver targeted communications (direct mail, SMS, e‑mail, digital banners, social media) to promote offers.
• Create and test terms & conditions, product data sheets and sales plans for digital channels.
• Manage A&P budgets, analyse campaign performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead portfolio‑related projects, produce functional specifications, conduct UATs and ensure system enhancements.
• Monitor competitor intelligence, benchmark industry practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Malaysian citizen with at least a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, consumer credit policy or risk management.
• Strong project‑management and analytical capabilities.
