About the role
Neostra Technologies is seeking a Planner (PMC) who can operate at either junior or senior level to drive production schedules, capacity planning and cross‑team coordination. The role ensures smooth operational workflow and timely product delivery within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
- Perform capacity planning to optimise resource utilisation.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering and operations teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targets.
- Generate reports on schedule performance and capacity metrics.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.
