About the role
The Planner will play a central role in coordinating customer requirements with internal operations to guarantee that services are delivered on time and with high accuracy. Working on‑site at Carsem’s facility in Ipoh, the role demands a detail‑oriented approach to manage the flow of information between customers and production, procurement, and logistics teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate customer requirements to create clear, actionable plans for internal teams.
- Liaise continuously with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align schedules and resources.
- Monitor service delivery performance, ensuring that all outputs are timely, accurate, and meet customer expectations.
