About the role

Join JT International’s People & Culture team in Kuala Lumpur as an intern, working in a hybrid setting to gain practical HR experience. You will collaborate with senior HR professionals and contribute to day‑to‑day activities that enhance employee satisfaction and support talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews.
• Contribute to people‑focused projects that align with the company’s HR strategy.
