About the role

The Patient Liaison Executive will serve as the primary point of contact between patients and our IVF and women's health specialists. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a rewarding career in healthcare administration.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, guide them through clinic processes, and answer queries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate appointments, follow‑up visits, and referrals with medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in line with clinic policies.
• Assist with patient education materials and provide language support, especially for Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Collect and relay patient feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a degree in health‑related fields or business administration.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a genuine desire to help patients.
