Paid Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. You will lead and optimise paid campaigns across search, social and programmatic channels, delivering measurable impact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic.
• Set up campaigns, including tracking, trafficking and audience strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
• Work with global teams to ensure high‑quality execution and innovative solutions.
• Manage daily performance, budgets, pacing and optimisation.
• Produce reports with actionable insights and competitor analysis.
• Serve as the go‑to expert on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, DV360 and StackAdapt.
• Support, coach and upskill other team members.

Required profile

• Experience in a digital agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong track record in paid search and social advertising.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience working across international markets.
