Outsource Consultant – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Outsource Consultant will provide recruiting expertise to identify, attract and hire the talent needed for our clients' job openings. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilise various channels to source qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely progression.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment processes.
