About the role
The Outlet Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a premier car detailing and wash centre in Puchong, representing the globally recognised Ceramic Pro brand.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee outlet operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service as a front‑facing role.
- Achieve sales targets to qualify for the five‑figure performance incentive.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability on‑site.
- Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction.

What we offer
- Salary RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month.
- Performance incentive up to a five‑figure income once targets are met.
