About the role

The Order Management Officer will ensure end‑to‑end delivery of customer orders, coordinating logistics, finance and sales functions to maintain business continuity. This permanent position is based in Petaling Jaya and requires fluency in Mandarin to support customers in China.

Key responsibilities

Create and process sales orders, purchase orders and payment follow‑ups.
Coordinate delivery schedules, shipment creation and transportation arrangements.
Manage billing, invoice processing and document collection.
Perform month‑end reconciliation and monitor import/export status.
Escalate issues to ensure on‑time fulfillment and capture market intelligence.
Handle customer complaints, NCM operations and compliance reporting.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2–3 years of order‑to‑cash experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
Strong analytical mindset, solution‑oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

SAP competency.
