Oracle Fusion Consultant – PPM and RMCS

About the role

AVEVA is seeking an Oracle Fusion Consultant to support its Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Project Contracts and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) modules. The role will ensure smooth end‑to‑end procurement and payables processes, from supplier onboarding to invoice processing, while enabling business teams to maximise the Oracle Fusion platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional ownership and day‑to‑day support for Oracle Fusion PPM, Project Contracts and RMCS modules.
• Configure contracts, project structures, funding, billing events and revenue schedules to guarantee contractual accuracy and financial completeness.
• Lead intake, validation and maintenance of customer contracts, SOWs, amendments and change orders within Oracle Fusion.
• Partner with Legal and Commercial teams to ensure contract governance, audit readiness and financial controls.
• Support the full contract‑to‑project lifecycle, including work breakdown structures, funding, billing rules and delivery tasks.
• Drive alignment between contract lines, project plans and revenue recognition to support compliance and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering functional support for Oracle Fusion PPM, Project Contracts and RMCS.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, funding approvals and revenue recognition processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Legal, Commercial and Finance.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment and supporting global procurement operations.
