About the role
The OPPO Experience Master leads store operations for an OPPO retail outlet in Kota Kinabalu, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing a high‑performing sales team and achieving store performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing retail sales team.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
