About the role
The Operations Officer will support the Private Wealth Service team by delivering investment administration services to high‑net‑worth clients based in Australia. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in a strategic location next to LRT and KTM stations, offering a transparent and flat organisational environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide investment administration services to high‑net‑worth clients in Australia.
- Process investment transactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare and deliver regular investment reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
