Operations Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

Altum Precision is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its manufacturing site in Senai, Johor. You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets.
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements and implement lean initiatives.
• Oversee cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between production, engineering and support functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute operational excellence programs to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing manufacturing or production operations.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
