Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our energy and logistics operations in Johor. The role will support our LNG distribution activities in Singapore and drive the expansion into Bio‑LNG and waste‑to‑energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across manufacturing and transport functions.
• Coordinate logistics for LNG shipments and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with partners in Singapore and monitor project milestones for Bio‑LNG and waste‑to‑energy initiatives.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable energy goals.
• Lead and develop operational teams, ensuring clear communication and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within energy, logistics, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of LNG supply chains and emerging renewable energy projects.
• Ability to work on‑site in Johor and travel as needed to Singapore.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
